Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Success Apprentice(IT Support Assistant).
As a Client Success Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in client success, relationship building, and cybersecurity.
You will work closely with our experienced Client Success Specialists and Managers to support our clients, understand their needs, and contribute to their success.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience and the chance to grow within our organization.
This position is a unique and rewarding full time position.
It combines several disciplines and skills working directly with the CEO.

Requirements:
At least 18 years old This is not a Remote Work Position - Candidate is required to work from Office or at Customer Site High School Diploma or equivalent Able to successfully pass a criminal background and Drug Screening check.
Able to work 40 hours, with overtime opportunities.

Learn to effectively communicate with clients, address inquiries and providing timely assistance.
Attend client meetings and calls to observe and learn from more experienced team members.
Contribute to the creation of client success reports and presentations.
Assist the Client Success team in managing and nurturing client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to understand client objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Help gather and analyze client data to identify trends and insights.
Support the implementation and onboarding process for new clients.
Conduct research on industry best practices and client success strategies.
Assist in developing and maintaining client success resources, such as knowledge base articles and training materials.
Stay updated on the latest developments in cybersecurity and related technologies.
